Since theres barely ever more than two a day in any given system. Why not make the unrestricted (no gate large plexes) more of a team plex, two hard core NPC BS rats and a fat LP reward? plus new 'larges' for BCs as above. Its a bit .... crappy...

so with either artys taking less or jag having more fitting, we could fly a arty fit on a jag with an opt bonus and not only use it but actually fit pvp modules and a minor tank in all our slots and rigs? its role is range with optimal, yet it isnt.

...and yet make it damned near impossible to fit artys? because the auto fits would be too powerful? CCP recently gave it a low slot, which has made basically no difference to arty fits and barely any to auto fits. Arty trasher cripples itself ...
